Alsalam 3alaikom ..

Yeah, finally updated after being away from my blog for five days, I won’t pretend being busy, I wasn’t busy with anything at all. I had nothing to do, was staying at home and sometimes roaming with my friend, talking and having dinner together, play PS2 with my younger brother lol. That’s it, I had nothing important to do, I needed a break for a while to be away from what brought anxiety to me. Al hamdulilah I feel good nowadays but I still feel terrible because of wasting my time in doing nothing useful. I should try to get more knowledge in Deen, try to be more with my family and parents especially, I don’t spend enough time with them even though I am at home most of the time. I need to break the routine, I will try to workout to gain fitness :P, I should exercise. My problem is I get bored so quickly, I know I can decide to go to the gym and I know that I will get bored within few days especially if there is no one to motivate me :@.

Anyways, I will try to spend my time wisely the coming days.

Sorry for not updating =S, I will try to get rid of the laziness

I have been in not so good moods the previous days, and I didn’t feel like writing/posting anything, but I wanted to update today before I go to sleep, I have to wake up before Al Juma’a prayer.

So to make my post beneficial, I decided to post a new fatwa for Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ibn Baz about burying dead people in Mosques, which is prohibited !

لا يجوز دفن الميت في المسجد

من عبد العزيز بن عبد الله بن باز إلى حضرة الأخ المكرم : هـ . ع . م . م سلمه الله آمين سلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أما بعد . . فإشارة إلى رسالتك الكريمة المتضمنة طلب بعض الكتب والإجابة عن السؤال الذي ذكرته . نشكر لك اهتمامك وغيرتك ويسرنا تحقيق رغبتك بإرسال نسخة من [زاد المعاد] ، و[العقيدة الواسطية] شرح محمد خليل الهراس ، و[القاعدة الجليلة] لشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية . و[فتح المجيد] ، و[شرح الطحاوية] لابن أبي العز . أما بالنسبة للسؤال فالواجب منع الدفن في المسجد ، وإزالة ما أعده الشخص المذكور ليدفن فيه ، وأن يستعان في ذلك بالله ثم بأهل العلم حتى يقنع الرجل بأن عمله لا يجوز لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ((لعن الله اليهود والنصارى اتخذوا قبور أنبيائهم مساجد)) متفق على صحته من حديث عائشة رضي الله عنها ، ولقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ((ألا إن من كان قبلكم كانوا يتخذون قبور أنبيائهم وصالحيهم مساجد ألا فلا تتخذوا القبور مساجد فإني أنهاكم عن ذلك)) أخرجه مسلم في صحيحه من حديث جرير بن عبد الله البجلي رضي الله عنه ، وفي الصحيحين عن عائشة رضي الله عنها : أن أم سلمة ، وأم حبيبة رضي الله عنهما ذكرتا للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كنيسة رأتاها في أرض الحبشة وما فيها من الصور ، فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام : ((أولئك إذا مات الرجل الصالح بنوا على قبره مسجدا وصوروا فيه تلك الصور أولئك شرار الخلق عند الله)) فهذه الأحاديث وما جاء في معناها كلها تدل على تحريم بناء المساجد على القبور ، ووضع القبور في المساجد . لأن ذلك من وسائل الشرك الأكبر ، وفي صحيح مسلم عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال : نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يجصص القبر وأن يقعد عليه وأن يبني عليه وما ذلك إلا أن البناء على القبور وتجصيصها ووضع الستور عليها والصلاة عندها وبناء المساجد عليها كل ذلك من وسائل الشرك . نسأل الله أن يعافي المسلمين من ذلك ، وأن يفقههم في الدين ، وأن يعينهم على التمسك بشرع الله والاستقامة عليه ، وأن يوفق علمائهم لتبصيرهم وتوجيههم إلى الخير على ضوء الكتاب والسنة إنه سميع مجيب . واسأل الله لك التوفيق والإعانة على كل خير إنه خير مسئول . والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته

I haven’t posted anything since three days, I don’t know if I was lazy or I didn’t know what to write about. Anyways, I have a fatwa for Sheikh Ibn Baz Rahmat Allah 3alayh about Beda3 in the month of Rajab. I will be back so soon with another update with a new topic in Sha2 Allah ..

السؤال :
يخص بعض الناس شهر رجب ببعض العبادات كصلاة الرغائب وإحياء ليلة ( 27 ) منه فهل ذلك أصل في الشرع؟ جزاكم الله خيرا .

الجواب :
تخصيص رجب بصلاة الرغائب أو الاحتفال بليلة ( 27 ) منه يزعمون أنها ليلة الإسراء والمعراج كل ذلك بدعة لا يجوز ، وليس له أصل في الشرع ، وقد نبه على ذلك المحققون من أهل العلم ، وقد كتبنا في ذلك غير مرة وأوضحنا للناس أن صلاة الرغائب بدعة ، وهي ما يفعله بعض الناس في أول ليلة جمعة من رجب ، وهكذا الاحتفال بليلة ( 27 ) اعتقادا أنها ليلة الإسراء والمعراج ، كل ذلك بدعة لا أصل له في الشرع ، وليلة الإسراء والمعراج لم تعلم عينها ، ولو علمت لم يجز الاحتفال بها لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يحتفل بها ، وهكذا خلفاؤه الراشدون وبقية أصحابه رضي الله عنهم ، ولو كان ذلك سنة لسبقونا إليها. والخير كله في اتباعهم والسير على منهاجهم كما قال الله عز وجل : {وَالسَّابِقُونَ الْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالْأَنْصَارِ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي تَحْتَهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ} . وقد صح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال : ((من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد)) متفق على صحته ، وقال عليه الصلاة والسلام : ((من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد)) أخرجه مسلم في صحيحه ومعنى فهو رد أي مردود على صاحبه ، وكان صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول في خطبه : ((أما بعد فإن خير الحديث كتاب الله وخير الهدي هدي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وشرالأمور محدثاتها وكل بدعة ضلالة)) أخرجه مسلم أيضا . فالواجب على جميع المسلمين اتباع السنة والاستقامة عليها والتواصي بها والحذر من البدع كلها عملا بقول الله عز وجل : {وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى} وقوله سبحانه : {وَالْعَصْرِ إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَفِي خَسِرَ إِلا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ} وقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ((الدين النصيحة)) قيل لمن يا رسول الله؟ قال ((لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم)) أخرجه مسلم في صحيحه . أما العمرة فلا بأس بها في رجب لما ثبت في الصحيحين عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اعتمر في رجب وكان السلف يعتمرون في رجب ، كما ذكر ذلك الحافظ ابن رجب رحمه الله في كتابه : ( اللطائف ) عن عمر وابنه وعائشة رضي الله عنهم ونقل عن ابن سيرين أن السلف كانوا يفعلون ذلك . والله ولي التوفيق .

HIJAAB !!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته ..

We all know that women should wear Hijab, most people think that Hijab is just to cover the hair and there is nothing wrong with leaving the face uncovered. That’s not it, the face is one of the most attractive parts of the woman, and it grabs the attention of men. Women should cover their faces in front of strange people, when I say strange I mean not ma7aarem, like male cousins and so. Even men when they propose to a girl, they certainly look for a woman with good looking face, they won’t care about her foot or anything as they do about the face.

Well, at the end we clearly see that the right hijab is to cover the whole body, even the hands.

قال الله تعالى: وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ

Neglect ...

Sometimes few tiny things can destroy an entire relationship; it happens a lot between friends especially. Sometimes it happens things might bother and hassle you, your friend may say something that you don’t like to hear, say a joke that you can’t accept, or you get upset if your friend decided to get in another friend’s car than yours.

Actually there are many more real conditions that cause pain to you can be neglected, you should neglect some of them no matter how harsh they are. This is life, and patience is one of successful ways to get ajer.

قال الله تعالى: والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين

Alhamdulilah, you can get thawab easily, that shows us how Allah is so merciful. We shouldn’t forget that everyone has limits, not all people can stand what you can stand and vice versa.

There is story about Abu Baker Ra’6eya Allahu 3an-h, he was known as one of the most quiet men and very forgiving and he doesn’t get upset easily, when one of men kept on insulting him and being so rude, Abu baker was not responding, but everyone has limits even himself, he replied that man back. The Prophet Mohammad 3alayh el 9alat Wal salam didn’t like it, he said there was an angel who was replying the man back instead of him.

Guys .. get married if you can!

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa ra7mat Allah wabarakatoh ..

Marriage is a great thing to be achieved, especially these days when all Fetan are spreading. I am talking as a guy and what are the difficulties that face single guys and what fetan might guys suffer from.

Even when we are driving our cars through the city, we see all kind of women that half of their bodies are shouting; they barely cover few parts from their bodies. Subhan Allah, men wear clothes more than them.

May Allah help these guys who don’t want to fall in HARAM because of their good and strong Iman, and may Allah help them with marriage, especially that most of people are asking for unbelievable dowries, I am sure there are some people who don’t care about that and they just look for the man himself who can save their daughter. One of my friend’s friends, Allah granted him a wife from a very kind family, the girl’s father took the responsibility of everything when he knew that the man can’t afford everything for getting married to the girl, and he is a very good person MashaAllah.

Marriage is not a simple word, it means a big duty but it saves both man and woman from sinning and it’s sunnat alrasool Sallah Allahu alayh wa salam, I was told once that Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Baz was asked by a man who had enough money either for going to HAJ or for getting married, and the Sheikh preferred marriage, Subhan Allah.

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فإنه أغض
للبصر وأحصن للفرج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء متفق على صحته .

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa ra7mat Allah wa barakatoh ..

Is it obligatory for the man to let his beard grows up?

Many Muslim people keep on saying that it is from Sunnah. Alright, it is sunnah, but let me ask this question; is Sunnah for reading only without applying it. Aren’t we called Sunni people!! Aren’t we encouraging and advising them to follow what came in Sunnah, what the Prophet Mohammad Salla Allahu 3alayh Wa Salam came with! How can we do that while we are not following it!!

We know some of what came in Sunnah is not required to do, but it’s great to do it and follow the Imam of all prophets. So for those who say that not shaving the beard is just something not compulsory, I say you are totally wrong. We are commanded when the prophet 3alayh el Salat wal Salam said let your beards grow in the following hadeeth:-

قال عليه الصلاة و السلام: أعفوا اللحى و في رواية أخرى أرخوا اللحى وحفوا الشوارب و لا تتشبهوا بالمجوس

Also it was told about him when he met some guys from Al Fors, he saw them beardless, and they claimed that they were asked by their God to do so, they used to consider their king as God, but Mohammad 3alayh el Salat wal Salam said, but Allah ordered me to keep my beard, as we know, the only God is ALLAH Sub7anah wa ta3ala.

Chess

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa ra7mat Allah wabarakatuh ..

Who doesn't know Chess!!, it's a game that consists of some little pieces with different shapes, like King, Horse, Soldier etc etc. The question is, is it ok to play with it in Islam?!

It's prohibited to play chess, why ?! The peices that has the shape of horse is HARAM, it's not allowed to take pictures or make anything that looks like what Allah created from humans and animals, unless we are in need of doing it, such as taking photos for official cards, license, etc, or to announce about a dangerous thief that may cause a risk on people. As I said last post, Allah made everything easy

قال الله سبحانه: وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ

Angels don't enter a house that has any type of humans or animals pictures, even the toys which are made as babies, animals and the dolls are considered as what I mentioned it's prohibited.

قال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام: كل مصور في النار

قال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام: لا تدخل الملائكة بيتاً فيه صورة

There is another thing, playing may take very long time that may keep u busy and lose the time of praying and THEKR, we don't know where can Satan get a path from to keep us away from Allah.

قال الله سبحانه و تعالى: إنما يريد الشيطان أن يوقع بينكم العداوة والبغضاء في الخمر والميسر ويصدكم عن ذكر الله وعن الصلاة فهل انتم

Stuck in Desert !

I decided to take my car yesterday's morning and have a spin with my little brother, I headed towards Al Khawaneej area. Who’s in Dubai especially and in UAE generally will know it. It's an area with some sand dunes, it is not as before, houses and villas started to grow up in the area. Anyways, I used to drive in the desert for years, I have a good experience but mistakes happen and no one's perfect.

When we reached there, i just liked the view of the sand and i figured out that I did not drive for a while, it has been a long time since I did "I can't be more specific". I got inside after switching on the 4x4 drive, I found the car can't go as I expect and as I used to do .. I returned back to a normal hard surface and tried for the 2nd time, what !?!?! I am STUCK! I was just wondering is it because I dont know how to drive anymore or the car has something wrong?! Guess what, the stupid 4x4 drive switched to the 2 wheel drive by its own and it was late when I figured it out lol, I started to move the car slowly forwards and backward until I pulled it out of the sand "al7amdulelah", I continued my trip and what happened, STUCK again but this time it wasn't the 2 wheel drive. I saw a small cut and thought there was no path to go, I stopped in a very soft sand spot, I was driving Land Cruiser Station Wagon, it's big and heavy .. my effort to get out of the trouble didn’t go well this time, the car sank for good

I started to look for help, I called my friend and he was in Oman, Al hamdulelah 3ala kul 7aal I just said some du3aa2 and one of them

اللهم لا سهلاً إلا ما جعلته سهلاً و إن شئت جعلت الحزن سهلاً

It was hot and sunny, we started to sweat and my little brother ate enough amount of sand lol. Subhan Allah, you can't imagine how Allah can send you someone to help, a big yellow TRACTOR came and took the car from sand as if you take a flower from its place, he was a Pakistani old man.

I don’t know why I felt like writing and sharing what happened to me yesterday, I just wanted to update and write another type of posts, it's nice to change :)

Women Traveling

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa Ra7mat Allah WaBarakatoh ..

I mentioned in the previous post that some Muslims started to think as non-ones nowadays because of the lack of knowledge, if we go back 10 or let's say 15 years ago, we wouldn't see a woman travels by herself. It's not allowed for a woman even if she was adult to go from a country to another without ma7ram, Allah Subhanah wa ta3ala didn't make that HARAM without a reason and wisdom. As it’s known, traveling has dangers even if it is less than before, Arab used to go through countries in the deserts on their camels, the chance to get in trouble was bigger. Anyways, even if we have modern transportation ways nowadays such as planes, it is still not safe for women, it’s even not safe for people in general, men and women but as we know in such situations like this, men have a better control and ability to face the danger in its various types, they might face thieves, dangerous animals if it was by car, or anything may not come to mind.

قال الله سبحانه : وما آتاكم الرسول فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب
قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا تسافر المرأة إلا مع ذي محرم

Ma7ram is like adult brother, uncle, father and so.

But as some of Ahel Al 3elm said, there are some cases where it is ok for the woman to travel and one of them is if she went to a country with her ma7ram, and then he died, what can she do? She will have to go back by herself. Subhan Allah, Allah sub7anah wa ta3ala made eveything easy for us.

قال الله سبحانه: وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa ra7mat Allah wa barakatoh ..

I was not sure what to write about this time, I had many ideas spinning in my head. Today while I was surfing the Internet, I read something that really annoyed me, a Muslim girl wrote that it is ok to wear makeup but not coloring the face as a clown, what’s wrong with that while the girl is 18+.

Sub7an Allah, unfortunately Muslims started to think as non-Muslims and that’s a catastrophe. It’s not our way to act and live, if it was so, then everybody would sin as if they were not doing something wrong because they are just 18 or older. It was not mentioned in Qur’an , Sunnah or by any one of Al Salaf that the age of 18 means the green light to make mistakes, what we know in Islam is the kids who don’t realize the right and wrong are forgiven not adults.

قال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام: من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم

Al hamdilellah for having Islam, it’s ok to get dressed well and wear makeup for you girls but legally, for your husband, he is the one who has the right to see you with your beauty or your female friends and your ma7aarem like brothers and so.

قال الله تعالى: وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى

قال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام: أيما امرأة أصابت بخوراً فلا تشهدن معنا العشاء

SMOKING

Al Salamu 3alaykom wa ra7mat Allah wa barakatoh ..

Smoking, I hate this word, I have relatives who smoke and I can't imagine what the result of that will be in the future. Smoking is HARAM in Islam, the smoker doesn't gain from it but sickness and sometimes DEATH. As we all know that anything hurts us and damages our health is not allowed in Islam, while smoking is one of the best and easiest ways to destroy the human body.

قال الله تعالى : وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ

It's not that only, people who are being with smokers might get the harm of it, and sometimes it encourages the young people to try it when they see others doing it in public. There is something that many people does not realize, which is smoking is considered as MUJAHARAH bel ma39eyah and it's one of the biggest sins .. كبيرة من الكبائر

قال الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم: كل أمتي معافى إلا المجاهرون

المرء على دين خليله ..

Al Salam 3alaikom ...

As we all know, friends are important in our life. I am wondering if I can live without friends, but what kind of friends should we have !!

The friend either will lead you to Al Jannah or Jahannam ..

الصاحب ساحب .. إما إلى الجنة و إما إلى النار

We got to find straight people to build our relationships with them for the sake of Allah Sub7anah Wa ta3ala, we should advise each others in this life the way that takes us to Al Jannah together, I used to sin alot few years ago, but al 7amdulelah after being with good men i started to care more about myself in religious side and started to learn more about Sunnat Al Rasool 3alayh el 9alat wal Salam and the path of Al Salaf Al Saleh رضوان الله عليهم

Then I started to advise one of my best friends in some issues, of course after i made sure that I dont do the mistakes, As an example "I can't advise someone to avoid going to cinema while I do that"

Al 7amdulelah, he started to get better and better, that situation lasted for a year approximately. Afterwards, because of some circumistances we stayed away from each other for a while, and he went back to hang out with friends and do what is not accepted in Islam, as I mentioned before الصاحب ساحب. I hope that I can get him back to the right way, and I hope that I can stay on the right path.

قال الله تعالى: الأخلاء بعضهم لبعض عدو إلا المتقين (سورة الزخرف)

قال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام: المرء على دين خليله فلينظر أحدكم من يخالل

قال ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه: ما من شيء أدل على شيء من الصاحب على الصاحب

أسأل الله أن يثبتنا وإياكم على دينه و أن يصلحنا وأن يقينا عذاب جهنم.

Well, this is my very first post in the blog, It's morning, it's 5:41 while I'm writing this post..
I was bored after al fajer prayer, i started surfing the INTERNET looking for something new, suddenly I had the idea of creating my little blog where I can post my thoughts and whatever I like it to be published for people.
